Monday

For some strange reason I thought it was wednesday today, Haven't a clue why, it just feels like a wednesday. 
I picked up more library books this morning, hopefully to get some embroidery ideas or to spark my flagging imagination.  They might not have sparked the creative side but they did my pale green fingers.  Some plants I can grow easy others I struggle with - African Violets grow wonderfully for me - Ivy struggles, busy l;izzies grow like weeds all over the place as do hippestrums.  I love looking through garden books and cook books for I don't particularly do either.  I have my moments though and when I do I usually do well.  I wonder what I am really capable of if I really got my finger out and made the effort.  So I've got my books at the ready and a few ideas sprouting.  I'll sit down tonight after dinner and make a start on a daisy, just a plain old simple daisy..
